Mr. Cong (Kenny) Li is founder, Chief Executive Officer and director of Onion Global Limited. He is also the chairman of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Li has 18 years of extensive experience in the consumer sector, lifestyle brand development and cross-border e-commerce. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Li founded and operated another e-commerce company, Hua Niang. Prior to that, Mr. Li worked at Procter & Gamble China from 2002 to 2007, Nike China from 2007 to 2009 and Cabbeen Group from 2009 to 2012.

李淙先生（Kenny），现任全球品牌管理集团「ONION GLOBAL 洋葱集团」董事长兼首席执行官，同时也是薪酬委员会主席、提名及公司治理委员会主席，负责整个集团的经营方针制定和经营战略的执行。李淙先生曾就职于宝洁中国、耐克中国、卡宾集团，在消费领域、生活方式品牌开发和跨境电子商务领域拥有18年的丰富经验。曾创立的品牌“花酿”一度成为天猫美妆前十大品牌。

Ms. Shan (Mio) Ho is director and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2018. She has extensive experience in capital markets and finance, and is in-charge of the Company's corporate finance, financial reporting, risk management, private financing and brand marketing departments. Prior to joining Onion Global, Ms. Ho served as an executive director at an investment company focused on financing, M&As and investments in technology, medical, telecommunications, consumer B2B, healthcare and automobile industries. Ms. Ho was recognized as one of the 2020 China Economic Figures' Outstanding Women of the Year, organized by the 2020 Boao Enterprise Forum, 36 under 36 by 36Kr and the 100 Most Creative People in Chinese Business for 2020 by the Fast Company. Ms. Ho was also named in the first batch of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Expert, HK & Macao in 2020 by the Guangzhou government. She received her master's degree in professional accounting (MPAcc) and B.A. in finance from Jinan University, China.

何珊（Mio Ho），毕业于暨南大学硕士研究生学历。现任全球品牌管理集团「ONION GLOBAL 洋葱集团」董事兼首席财务官，兼任国际标准化组织ISO/TC154工作组专家、广东省电子商务协会副会长。同时也是国家标准《跨境电子商务进口商品信息发布规范》、《跨境电子商务产业园服务规范》起草人之一。何珊拥有超过10年资本运作经验，从事多年消费及TMT 领域的融资、上市及兼并收购工作，拥有中国内地、中国香港、英国及美国等海内外资本运作成功经验。2020年，何珊与洋葱集团CEO李淙共同推进"全球品牌管理集团"战略转型,实现集团多元业务持续增长,构建全球品牌在研、产、销全产业链管理生态。于2021年5月成功带领洋葱集团纽交所上市，成为"品质生活品牌平台第一股"。何珊高度重视行业发展与未来规划,多次为跨境贸易、自营品牌与制造业建言献策，被授予"广东省港澳台高层次人才"、"中国经济人物·杰出女性"、"中国商业最具创意人物"与"36岁以下了不起的创业者"、"2020首批广州市科技专家港澳籍专家"等荣誉称号。

Mr. CHEN Yeung Tak has served senior roles at many Hong Kong-listed companies and has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, corporate governance, listing regulations and internal control. Mr. CHEN is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

陈仰德（CHEN Yeung Tak）现任洋葱集团审计委员会主席。曾在多家香港上市公司担任高级职务，在会计、审计、财务管理、企业管治、上市监管和内部控制方面拥有超过15年的经验。陈先生是香港会计师公会的资深会员。

Mr. SHIN Ho Chuen is a partner at David Fong & Co. with extensive experience in advising companies and sponsors in initial public offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mr. SHIN received his bachelor of law and post graduate certificate in law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
